ODC and Embodiment Project are partnering together to relaunch SEEDS for the 2023-2024 academic school year.

SEEDS is a pre-professional teen hip hop/street dance company for 16 SF Bay Area students that pairs movement, Liberatory Storytelling TM, and restorative practices to help middle and high school youth express their story through their bodies, and lift their voice.

Co-directed and mentored by Rama Hall and Jenelle Gaerlan, the company will receive technical training, opportunities to create and perform, and the experience of being in a focused ensemble. SEEDS company members commit to 2 classes/rehearsals per week during the school year, and some additional weekend times as needed for presentations and performances.
